Job Description

About the Role

The Corporate Receptionist supports the day-to-day operations of the organization and provides administrative support to effectively administer and coordinate Corporate Service’s functions as directed. The position is responsible for assisting all teams in corporate service in any operational function as requested.  

Duties

1. Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services reception area.

2. Provide administration support to the Corporate Services Department.

3. Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.

5. Demonstrate competence in the use of software and technology e.g. outlook, LogiQC, word, spreadsheets.

6. Cultivate productive and professional relationships in line with ATSICHS core values

Desired Skills and Experience

COVID-19 Requirement

  • Immunisation history showing  you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.

Essential:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business/Administration related field
  • Minimum one (1) years’ experience in similar Receptionist/Administration related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
  • Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
  • A demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture supported by an understanding of issues impacting upon health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, good keyboard skills, ability to maintain integrity with confidential and/or sensitive material
  • Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply
